Training of Trainers

Once a KEEP facilitator has been accredited, they become eligible for Training of Trainers (TOT). There is an expectation that TOTs will provide weekly consultation to facilitators they have trained. This will involve cross authority/agency working.

The TOT process involves observed delivery of KEEP facilitator training and double scoring of Facilitator Adherence Rating (FAR) to assess reliability.  It is envisaged that a small number of accredited facilitators will become TOTs.
