Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) 

The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) improves the lives of people who use care services by sharing knowledge about what works. They are a leading improvement support agency and an independent charity working with adults’, families’ and children's care and support services across the UK. They also work closely with related services such as health care and housing.

Oregon Social Learning Centre (OSLC)

The Oregon Social Learning Centre is a non-profit, collaborative, multidisciplinary research centre dedicated to increasing the scientific understanding of social and psychological processes related to healthy development and family functioning. OSLC developed and tested the TFCO programmes before they were rolled out more widely.
