KEEP can only be implemented when an organisation is under contract with the model developers at OSLC Community Programs, Oregon, USA. This can be arranged directly with them or via the National Implementation Service which helps to oversee and support the UK network for KEEP.
If you are interested in this programme then you may wish to contact your local Fostering Department in the first instance to discuss the current range of services being offered to foster and kinship carers in your area.
