Programme set up
KEEP is an evidence based programme with strong quality assurance mechanisms designed to enable new programmes to achieve positive outcomes similar to those achieved by the programme developers. As such KEEP can only be set up under contract with OSLC Community Programmes, Oregon, USA. This can happen either directly with OSLC or via the National Implementation Service based in England.
